Are Continuing Education Credits Available for the workshops?

Options for Continuing Medical Education Credits and Continuing Education Units are being reviewed.

Do you provide direct medical care?

No. The unique skillsets of our team of professionals allow us to recognize clinical issues, and more quickly guide & navigate health care systems or identify alternative support resources.

 

The Path 2 HEALthy team provides education, customized counsel, coaching and navigational muscle to deal with many of the obstacles to eat well, live well and age well and experience true healing. We equip you to have thorough and solution oriented action plans and help to execute on these plans. We refer clients to our preferred partners for any clinical care needed.

Do you provide private or individual sessions with the Doc’s Kitchen Table?

Yes. Schedule a consult to discuss this option.

How do I access the support groups and continuing improvement sessions mentioned in my workshop?

Following completion of the workshop surveys, you will receive an invitation via email, registration instructions, and the schedule for our support chats.

What does Sawubona mean?

Sawubona is a greeting in the Zulu language that means "I SEE YOU." It is an acknowledgement of the worth, divine value, and dignity of each person. It is a deeper affirmation of the other person's existence, journey, experiences, and statement that "you matter." It signals empathy, care and acknowledges our connection with each other."
